We collect basic information about who you are and where you live to process your application, track progress, assign certificates, and evaluate the programme.

Security

While we take security measures, internet data transmission is not completely secure, so any transmission is at your own risk. Once we receive your data, we will use security procedures to prevent unauthorised access, unlawful processing, loss, or damage.

Who Accesses Your Data

Only authorised Thames Valley & Wessex Neonatal Network staff can access your personal data.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data only as long as necessary to enrol you, track progress, assign certificates, and assess the programme's impact, according to our Records Retention Schedule. Email addresses may be kept for up to 5 years for the purpose of evaluation of progress.
